the screen has been split into 3 parts in order to maximize the visual input of basel during day time on new year between 2006 and 2005. 3 trains take the spectator on a journey that will all day be the same and different at the same time. the accurate clock timing train system of basel has been built in loops and intersections. basel - taken from the surface is the first one of a city train series to come.
